Frequently Asked Questions
What types of payments do you accept?
We are only accepting cash and e-Transfers at this time. To officially secure your booking spot on our calendar, payment for your initial consultation or chosen package must be received in full at least 24 hours prior to your first scheduled session.Â
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We completely understand that life happens and schedules change! Because we hold dedicated time slots exclusively for you and your companion, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule.Â

With 24 hours notice we will happily reschedule your session to the next available opening at no extra cost.Â

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.Â
What happens if i miss a session entirely (No Show)?
If you are not present at the scheduled time of our appointment, the session will be considered a no-show. Out of respect for our schedule and travel time, no-shows are non-refundable and will count as a completed session from your package.
Do you offer refunds on packages?
Because our packages involve dedicated calendar spots and customized program planning built just for you, all training packages and sessions are non-refundable.
Does the trainer reserve the right to deny or discontinue services?
Yes. Out of commitment to safety and professional ethics, Perennial Paws reserves the right to deny, pause, or discontinue services at any time. This decision is entirely at the trainer's discretion and would typically occur if a canine exhibits severe aggression, or if the owner is unable to maintain basic control of their animal. If a situation is deemed unsafe for the trainer, the handler, or the dog, or if a dog requires a level of specialized behavioral rehabilitation that falls outside our current scop of practice, services will be discontinued and no refund will be issued. Â
Will my pet be featured on social media?
We love celebrating our Perennial Paws students and sharing their amazing progress across our Instagram and Facebook profiles. However, your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. We will always ask for your explicit, written consent on our initial intake forms before taking or posting any photos or videos of your dog. If you prefer to keep your training journey private, we will completely respect that - no questions asked!
